My name is Jini Pinto, and I learned to sew clothes and accessories as a young student in school. Sewing was a part of our curriculum. We had to learn to sew in order to move to the next grade. Over the years, my mother and sisters (who went to special sewing classes) added to the different techniques I learned in school. Over time, I realized that I was not online and found many others who loved sewing also.

Growing up I turned this passion of how sewing, to make unique handmade gifts given to friends and clients. I often searched for information in book stores on different ways on how I could learn to sew a wine bag or how to sew ribbon bow for the gifts I bought but unfortunately had to read dozens of books to get the information as very few books had very little information on it. Sewing comes in handy thoughout my everday life, in fact, I even made my own ribbon bows for the flower girl baskets and church pews for my wedding.
